The creator behind Bridge in Between

Many of us, myself included, experience moments of feeling stuck or lost between worlds.

Growing up with both Auslan and spoken English, I often wondered - who would truly understand this? That question led me to my counselling journey.

As a Deaf counsellor and member of the Deaf community, I value confidentiality and ethical practice deeply. My approach is person-centred and compassionate, grounded in providing a calm, safe, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

My lived experiences have shaped my understanding of the challenges people face from trauma and emotional dysregulation, to communication barriers or feeling unheard. I know the importance of being met with validation, compassion, and respect.

My counselling style is gentle, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I believe in walking alongside you, holding space for whatever you bring, and supporting your strengths and self-awareness to grow.

Above all, I aim to build trust and connection, and to support your emotional wellbeing, confidence, and self-understanding in your own time and in your own way.

You don’t have to go through things alone.

It all began with an idea

A woman sitting on a modern chair with wooden legs and white fabric padding, smiling at the camera. She is wearing a black T-shirt, black pants, and brown sneakers, with a cactus plant in a pot and a lamp in the background.
